Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christoph Döbler, Bernsteinstraße 8, 04319 Leipzig, Telephone number: 034165243022, E-mail address: shop@vesutec.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
Reasons for expiry
3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon provision of the digital content not on a tangible medium, on a durable medium:

Reasons for expiry
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the consumer:
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that his consent means the expiry of his right of withdrawal with the beginning of the execution of the contract and
3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon provision of the digital content not on a tangible medium, on a durable medium:
- in which the content of the contract is reproduced and
- on which it is recorded that the consumer has expressly agreed, before the execution of the contract, that the entrepreneur begins with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent he loses his right of withdrawal with the beginning of the execution of the contract.
