No shipping costs apply for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email with access data for the provision of digital content will be sent within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be made available in your customer account.
It will be provided within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the provision via email.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
